can confirm. Celestia is a horse supremacist, and may I remind you, she raises the sun. and once banished her own little sister to the moon for a millennium. (I could go on but not going to spoil just in case.) all the other species are terrified as fuck. if Celestia decided to, she could just alter the sun's orbit to move the arctic circle over a neighboring land and plunge it into eternal winter. and she's been known to have done worse.

edit: fwiw I personally haven't actually watched Princess Twilight and onwards. obviously I know that happens, they were clearly setting it up even back when I was watching, but I dunno the details.

if only there were some kind of quantity of identity that had near-universal applicability -- or even better, some kind of physical anchor, like a form which contained the apparati of a being's life without relying on quantifying their identity -- which could be appended to the word "every" to create an all-inclusive term...shame there's no word out there like that
