given the only other option is to also attach a CW, or to click through to the original post to see the tags, it's harder to know what you're looking at, bringing along tags would be very helpful!

Idk if this is what teh request specifically asks fur, meowf. It might bee outdated and 6 months ago 18+ posts would hide tags behind teh click-through (including teh original post)
It says "previously" this feature was available and idk if "bringing tags along" was ever a thing in cohostf. I guess teh request could be converted to thaf if it's already solved (or is a duplicate or smthn) but tag-along-tags have been discussed befur already in a couple contexts, so making it 18+ only (or starting by implementing it for 18+ posts and then figuring ouf what to do about the other types of post) would prolly need to be part of that discussion instead
