didnt know what that extension actually did so i assumed you meant like 3ds streetpass and imagined 2 unaware cohost users walking past eachother in public and both their phones suddenly sounding sirens at max volume
the underpinnings are just links with rel=me attached, so it might in fact partly work already, unless it depends deeply on webfinger support
it could work just the same, right? you could add the same kind of tag but pointing to your bio on here. i don't think cohost itself would have to even do anything, unless im misunderstanding
thought "oh just set a cohost link with rel=me wherever and it'll pick that up!" nope. I put a cohost and a masto link on a page and it only grabbed the mastodon link. brain too mushy to investigate how it all works deeper.
we each have a little pixel town that we're upgrading, when we streetpass each other we get another eggbug sprite to help us upgrade faster
