TRUE- I only ever saw the Kickstarter OVA and not the tv series... I should fix that.
But yeah I was personally thinking of Lotte the maid in 'Izetta The Last Witch' and Lotte the pink-haired maid in "Parallel World Pharmacy".

Depends on the person, but for me (unfortunately) Lotte rhymes with Snotty
