Not-Sew-Wicked Stepmom is one of the most wholesome and charming villainess isekais, with the protagonist getting stuck in the body of the wicked stepmother in a version of Snow White. She is completely enchanted with her adorable stepdaughter -- although she expresses that affection with terrifying maniacal villainess grins. (Resting villainess face is one of my favorite sub-tropes.) And just generally, the characters have great reaction faces.
She draws on her past life experience designing clothes and sets out to make adorable and comfortable outfits for her stepdaughter and the other ladies of high society. She also gets a sarcastic magic mirror friendo who is pretty fun.
The series also deserves credit for good content warnings. It's common for manhwa to have content warnings and links to hotlines, but the warnings are often basic and pretty inconsistently applied, which makes them less useful. Not-Sew-Wicked has some heavy backstory for the male lead (childhood sexual abuse) and the content warning for the relevant episode is detailed and also the following episode even includes a recap of the plot of the episode for those who skipped it, which is a cool feature that should be more common.
(The relationship arc for the female and male lead also differs accordingly and centers on the two of them figuring out boundaries and gradually working to address his trauma.)
A lot of romance stories derive tension from miscommunication, but one of my favorite things about this one is that the protagonist recognizes this and tackles problems using communication and compassion.
On the downside, nobody turns into a bird.
