I think I've mentioned before that while it's kind of douchey, I do like Fellow Drops (where they feature different roasters every week and you have to text them to order 🙄) especially as a way to try out roasters from other continents when they have them, because if I was to place an order to Kurasu or Square Mile myself, I would feel compelled to order enough coffee to justify shipping just my order around the world, which would probably be more coffee than I should have on hand, you know? (On top of not really being sure what I'd be getting from a new roaster)
This one is interesting. It's medium funky1 and my first cup is a little harsh, so maybe next time I'll try a cooler water temp or something. The fruit notes are interesting and seem pretty complex, there's a lot going on there.

For anaerobic processes there's a pretty wide range on the degree to which you can taste and smell the fermented notes. This doesn't like hit you in the face with decay like some coffees do, but it's definitely there.
