I'm pretty good in meetings and trainings -- like, I can explain things decently and I'm better than most at translating between technical folks and functional folks, which is often important for us.
But, like. Hoo boy do meetings stress me out. I have bad anxiety and any meeting basically incurs an automatic warm-up and cool-down period for my brain to be any use, so in addition to the time spent on the meeting itself, it also takes a big chunk out of the rest of the day.
