May be of interest to the mechanical keyboard curious; there are TONS of videos on how to do this, but this one is straightforward and mostly well-organized. The only criticism I have is that I wouldn't relegate bag lubing springs to the end of the video.
BTW if you think the idea of spending hours hand-lubing switches is utterly preposterous (it is), you can look for switches that are known for being relatively nice "stock." My personal recommendations would be Gateron Oil Kings, Kailh clickbar clickies like Jade or Navy, and Novelkeys Silk, but I'm not really up on the latest in switches so there's probably new hotnesses out there.
