I think that it's a testament to how exhausted we all are that people aren't CONSTANTLY complaining about the fact that cohost blockquotes still append a quotation mark
We have so many language/writer types on here and so many web design/CSS criminal types. Frankly it's embarrassing, but the site is deeply janky in other ways that are much worse in terms of their effect on usability/quality of life so we just let this one go I guess.
"And god forbid your quotation should start with a quotes phrase" look at this shit
