The but that’s new here is that the investigation is moving off of the events immediately surrounding the Duong family and now onto folks who are tied more to Juarez, an ally-turned-adversary of the Duongs (maybe?) who seems to have been going through it over the last few years.
It’ll be interesting to see if it continues to spread.
