i hit final credits on void stranger tonight. it's honestly a masterpiece of game design & storytelling wrapped up in a giant puzzle box. i need to talk about it more in a completely spoiler-zone context, and i'll write about that maybe this weekend when i have time.
until then, know that the game comes at my highest recommendation if you love intricately-crafted games that require careful consideration, copious note taking, screenshotting, MS paint diagramming, dreaming up even more convoluted puzzles, nightmares
it engulfed my life from the moment i finally sunk into the void, and i'm intact on the other end. you might not make it all the way through. that's ok!! get as far as you can, and there's always help around the corner if you need it. (specifically there's some very handy non-spoilery guides on the steam page if you need a kick in the butt)
much of anything more would be too spoiley than i want to be, so i won't even say my favorite quote from the game. but it'll probably be my header for the full-spoiled post i write.
~more to come soon~
