My first time participating in COMPOST! This is my take on this one's prompt. I wanted to balance the meditative joy of baking with the time pressure of making sure things happen when they're supposed to happen! So I imagined a little Egg(Bug) Timer ticking away the whole time until it dings DONE at the end

the tick-ticking of the snare rim is so fitting here to give this forward momentum in a thematic way. really sweet song, i think you nailed exactly the vibe you describe, and it makes me want to do some baking myself...
