This is a post for literally nobody to relate to but I've always felt like eye exams at the eye doctor should be slightly longer / more thorough.
By "exams" I'm referrring to the part where they ask you to read rows of letters, and the part where they flip between two lenses and say "what's clearer? 1.........or 2? 1.....or 2?"
Like I feel like it always flies by and they only ask me a couple questions and then they rush me out of there. Don't we need a bigger sample size of info?? What if I got a lucky guess on some of the letters? Or what about the countless lenses where I'm like "they look the same I think."
Anyway this is a totally unbiased opinion from a guy who just had to return his new pair of glasses because they might have gotten the strength wrong on the prescription. Then they had me take the exam again and they ended up deciding on a different strength prescription lmao.
