yes, this is about that supreme court case with trump. NO, I am NOT saying that these justices are literally paid actors in some federal stage play, but it sure fuckin feels like it, whether or not any one of them thinks what they're doing is good and/or important
If the pretense of this sham democracy is reliant on the constant, overwhelming, and opposing pressures of these two forces, you'd think that would be reflected by the 9 fucking people who seem to hold the keys to even the barest form of this country's meaningful survival.
Maybe I'm getting upset over an idea that somehow deserves more grace, but it just feels like another brick falling from the already shoddy facade of this endless and uncaring bureaucratic void
