how are the vibes over there on bluesky? Was it just the format you didn't like or is the general user base just as bad as twitter's as well?
it's the format mostly. the vibes are way less bad than twitter's and you can mass block fascists. so that's nice.
but I still just do not like the disposability of posting on twitter and twitter-likes.

Even if you aren't a furry, you'd probably find a decent audience on Furaffinity. Just as more permanent gallery site/home base you can send people to and then leave from when the next big site starts back up?

Personnally I'm not touching bsky. I'm on the mastodon/activitypub side of the fediverse and I'm happy there. Another of the (lewd) account I follow here is also on mastodon.art so I followed then there too.
You could also grab your long form comic, cut them in individual pages, zip them and sell them on itch.io. (if you do, please number the page with a leading zero, lot of comic viewer put 10 between 1 and 2 but not after 01 and 09). People can follow creator page on itch.io and get notified of new release so it's a way to not loose touch.
