There needs to be a service like Does the Dog Die? but for "Do the Girls Get to Kiss?", because I am getting emotionally wrung-out by media that builds a "you're special to me, you make me so happy, I never want to be without you" relationship between women, but stops just short of actually canonizing it as a romance.
Like, it can still be a great story, but anxiety over "Are they going to let this ship sail?" legit saps my enjoyment and causes me to binge through things I might otherwise savor longer.
And a really specific culprit here is TV adaptations that stop short of what the books did.
Maybe we can call it "Yes They're Lesbians, Harold".

I just finished the Otherside Picnic anime, which had a sweet, warm ending for Toriko and Sorawo, but didn't seal the deal despite building their attraction for the whole series, and it happening in the books.
And I'm getting worried that MagiRevo is going to pull the same shit.

Ahhh jeez... Yeah... Im hoping i get more of the anime's i mentioned (except Izetta, that was one and done) because it seems like theres more to do/say there, but the vibes i got from Izetta were super strong romance vibes that just... Never paid off in any visual way

One of my friends will always, always, ALWAYS talk about how she wishes media would just show people being actually gay on screen, so, ngl a site that literally tells you if there's actual gay relationships between women (or really any of the lgbt sorts of relationships) that doesn't pull out at the last minute would probably be cool, thinking about it
