I've got a Dell PD01X that works with Core 2 era Latitudes. It was working when it went into storage, and then when I took it back out again it just wouldn't turn on anymore. It doesn't do anything at all, totally dead like I didn't plug it in.

I don't want to just blindly recap the power supply because I've already done this for a few other projects and it was never the solution. If I wanted to actually diagnose it down to a failed component on a PCB, how would I go about it? I've got electronics skillz but haven't actually diagnosed something like this before.
