Just did the math, based on the CSS. It will take over 4 days. The Lowest Common Multiple of all the rotations' times (2 seconds, 3 seconds, 4 seconds... 13 seconds) is 360,360 seconds which is 4.17 days.

The good news is that if you only want to see all of them except for the biggest one line up, it only takes a mere 7.7 hours!

I assumed it was quite a while before they lined up but never actually crunched the numbers
im a lot more mystified by what rule governs their movement than what the period is, because it seems like it's neither a spiral nor is it nested orbits, but something that looks sort of like both
EDIT: it could be nested orbits in an irregular pattern actually
