Coincidentally I didn't take a photo of the freezer (in the different post we're talking about) because there's basically no food in it, just ice cubes and ice packs, so there's plenty of room to put butter in it

i picked it up from becca cause shes very into baking so its good to always have a fuckton of butter around (ignore the many times she had to run out and buy powdered sugar at 10 pm)

That's precisely why I grab the double packs of both salted and not, I use a whole stick every time I make a bread!

honestly though as long as it's not sitting in there for like a super unreasonable amount of time, it probably doesn't matter if it's frozen or just refrigerated

salted butter was a preservation technique even before refrigeration so it's pretty stable!
