Given that he's the leader of the band, I imagine he's either good at making deals and band management, or he's a big partier and the band success is despite his self-sabotaging

He clearly rebos a lot. Like, full time. Nobody rebos as much as him. It's unclear what reboing actually is, but in my head it's like restringing, but the opposite.
