I admit I didn't try! I just cracked myself up with the quality=0 jpg and clicked the pretty button

the "3" is the FPS and the 80x45 is the resolution. they.. may need to go lower
good ol' ffmpeg, good ol' fabrice bellard. okay, back to the salt mines for a few...
