I'm assuming this is context of the "everything is wrogn" sudoku with intentionally-incorrect clues, but I don't know of any cases where they've done that with the placed numbers, probably because most sudoku software isn't prepared to handle it. So they've certainly done similar stuff, but I think you've probably hopped onto the next big trend in sudoku puzzle design, and I hope people find a way to make it take off
