about 3-ish weeks by now, I'm not worried about it though I asked a very strange question randomly out of nowhere about a thing that is 20 years old which is unlikely they have the answer for, shrug I'm just being a complainer
yeah, 3 weeks is a long time. i think a reasonable expectation is 1 week, imo
