LogicWiggler is going to be a one-off tool to hopefully aid in the recovery of logic from PAL/GAL/PLA DIP chips for which the programming as been lost, by utilizing an FPGA, along with some knowledge of the architecture of the device, it should hopefully be able to fuzz the device to extract a LUT (and maybe possible a FSM if it has clocked logic) which can then be turned into a proper netlist that can be used to replace the device if needed.
If the PCB manufacturer is not complaining it's ok. And it looks cool.
I say anything called a "wiggler" ought to look like something and this is a great example!
