I've updated my KiCad PDK symbol library and generation bits! Now they include a rough SPICE link so it's close to possible to use KiCad for SPICE sims w/ PDK cells~ https://github.com/lethalbit/kicad-pdk-libs

It does take a little manual effort to load the corner models but hey!

Next I want to do some transistor-level bits rather than just std cells but hey, it's getting there!

in reply to @lethalbit's post:

It's actually not /that/ bad, the docs just suck so badly,

For the most part it just uses ngspice under the hood, and you can just attach arbitrary SPICE blobs to things, or link with SPICE libraries from vendors and the like.

The built-in SPICE symbols and library also kinda sucks and is not too clear but it does work, it's not ideal for automation characterization, but you can export the schematics whole SPICE netlist and just shove that into ngspice and run characterization from that.

But ye~
