Chicken tajine (chicken thighs on bone, marinated in yoghurt with spices and lemon and garlic, then stewed with onion and peppers)
Vegetables sautéed in spices (zucchini, mushrooms, berry tomatoes)
Pearl couscous with a bean medley (seasoned with mint and dill)
Not perfect but pretty good for a first try! Just a few flavour imbalances. I might simplify a bit next time - or actually read a recipe rather than just relying on my own ideas and experiences of what moroccan flavours are like
