An affini's pleasant nighttime stroll through the outpost's arboretum leading to an opportune moment to remind their pet of how they broke all those years ago...

Was doing a bit of digital painting practice and this one got a little away from me and well past the 1 hour I allotted for myself - had to force myself to put it down and stop touching up things. >_<

Ooh, this is a fun one :3! I don’t think I’ve seen an affini explicitly court a sophont before, let alone making sure her biorhythm’s not doing any of the work. It’s a nice change of pace from the usual Hurt/Comfort aka ‘pet rescue’ fics in the setting, too =^•^=
