nope, it logs you out even before you navigate; or to be precise you're not even logged in. this has a simple reason: you can do all sort of funny shenanigans by embedding one page into another, for example i could embed a "delete your account" or "give me your bank info" button, put an HTML element over it so its invisible and tell you to click on it, and you would click the delete account button. that's why you should never allow user actions when a page is embedded, and that's why you're logged out!
but it's not just that the embedded site wasn't logged in, it actually logged me out of cohost altogether and redirected to the home page (outside of the embed), which doesn't sound like what you're describing
