troublesome fox girl

hello i like to make video games and stuff and also have a good time on the computer. look @ my pinned for some of the video games and things. sometimes i am horny on @squishfox

my posture is, as you might imagine, not good

it seems to have gotten especially bad as of late and, due to Various Factors, i think i've gotten in the habit of resting a lot of my weight on my right arm. like i think my chair even has more wear on the right side (which is making it kind of hard to correct this)

so now my right arm just feels, like, 10% fucked up the last few days

i also woke up in the middle of the night in some weird position (contorted around anise) where my right arm was entirely numb. not tingly; 100% dead to the world. not sure how i managed that in my sleep but cool timing

I'm going to sound like a broken record, but you need to sit in at least 4-5 different positions, and keep changing between them. ANY single position is bad for the human body (as you noted, you caused yourself problems while horizontal is a bed).

I removed the back and arm rests from my chair - it's basically a swivel-stool now. That means it's my muscles holding me up - and they get tired - and that makes me move. Set an alarm every 30 minutes or something to remind you to change position.

Neuropathy sucks! I wear an elbow brace to bed and it helps me avoid that kind of problem these days. That, ibuprofen, and training myself to sleep on my other side so that I don't try to curl up that arm in my sleep
