have so many characters and do not know what to do with them. most have never been introduced, let alone in something. eve was supposed to be a short little thing, a quick game we got out to get things rolling, and six months later it's still in progress, and somehow it feels huge and still tiny at the same time. i desperately want to crank out more things and do not know how

I recently made a chart to total up characters between all my ideas. I have 84. help.
The only way I have been able to get more games out is to tie them to game jam deadlines. I've never finished a game that wasn't tied to a game jam, myself.
(and games with lots of characters have been The Worst for locking me up, lol)
Similarly, playing Baldur's Gate 3 has just filled me with a desire to do fantasy world building and I have no way to do this in a way that is meaningfully sharable with other people and aaaaaaa
