Built-in userstyles and customization would be on my wishlist, yeah.
I'm sure they'll get to it. Every time I run into a "I wish this site had-" I remind myself, it's very early and they are four very overwhelmed people right now.
I'd be happy with just early-Twitter-days level of customisation: give us background images and more colours back.
