I once shared a James Hoffman video with some friends, and one responded by calling him "snobbish" and I didn't understand why at all, even in the videos where he's seriously talking about coffee he usually has fun and emphasizes that the way he makes coffee isn't the "right" way, he just wants to give people more information so they can figure out what's right for them.
