Been slowly eeking this one out as a warmup piece for a while now. Lapras has been my favorite pokemon since childhood! I don't tend to make fanart, for legal reasons, but it's hard to resist noodling over a friendly prehistoric water horse turtle whomst is shaped like a friend.
