You are not entitled to anyone's friendship
You are not obligated to like anyone
If you keep trying to have a relationship with someone, any kind of relationship, even if they "owe" you, even if you don't understand why they are avoiding you, and force them to defend that choice, then that is itself a clear indicator of why.
