There's a support tracker for that. You can tell the devs what feature you would like and why, or support feature requests someone else posted that you think are good.
You can see some features that are planned but not implemented yet here! There's a bunch of things in there already like filtering based on post text as well as cw or tag, ability to search your own posts, pinned tags letting you pin any tag, navigation hotkeys, and scheduling posts.
It's also good to report bugs when you run into them so they can be identified and squashed.
