Zaara doesn’t necessarily read a lot, but she does enjoy books, aesthetically, if nothing else.
She definitely likes collecting enchanted books, and people’s old journals.
She also just likes having a quiet sitting room.

oohhh zaara looks so serene here!! i love reading about the process where you simply grabbed a paint and putting it on paper without testing, it must have been a pleasant surprise every time :D

I think markers are pretty much the only medium I test beforehand. Everything else goes right on the paper, I’m sure it’ll be fine.
And all these paints were such pretty colors!
oohh that makes sense! it's been a while since i played around with traditional mediums, i can imagine how fun it can be :D
this is unbelievable... i need to learn watercolor RIGHT NOW
but also ty for the process post--im not very good at getting from idea to a complete work and this helps me understand that process a lot better
