lmao, so some of you may remember back in May when my phone suddenly stopped being able to recieve calls, despite texts and data still working. I changed phone plans, but it didnt fix the issue, so i just switched all my contact info everywhere to my google voice number and have been going along just fine.
So i was a bit surprised 5 days ago when, completely out of the blue, i recieved the first spam call I'd gotten in months, which came through my phone's default phone app. Almost 6 months later and the issue has apparently fixed itself. But since everyone i know has my google Voice number, the only calls I get to my regular number are spam! Im hesitant to change anything to my regular number lest the problem reappear and I wouldnt know it. its nice to be able to call out from the regular phone app tho
