- fedex does not do last mile delivery to my town. they pass it off to a usps regional warehouse in Shrewsbury
- my town also does not do last mile delivery. everyone has to have a PO Box
- if a package is trying to deliver to my street address rather than my PO Box, it causes extra work for the USPS workers cuz they have to look me up by address or name and figure out which PO Box is mine
- Fedex also, apparently, wont deliver a package addressed to a PO Box
- despite the above, Fedex took a package for delivery which had a PO Box address on it. Only once it went through their regional warehouse in fucking New Hampshire and went out for delivery did they register that the address was "undeliverable"
- they won't return it to sender
- they wont let me update the address its being sent to
- this is a medical device i need to breath while i am asleep
- the supplier wont resend until they get the package back. as far as they are concerned the order was "completed"
- what the fuck
- im just trying to be a good person who is conscientious of my postal workers' time and i am being literally physically tortured for it
