I know you probably posted this ironically but for those not in the know, this is another example of it being confidently wrong.
Very simple algorithms that can remember something are turing complete, ChatGPT is most definitely turing complete.
Hell, the ChatGPT infrasctructure (the website etc as an IO system) is probably already turing complete without the actual model's involvement.
