taking my wife to the bone zone (aka the royal tyrell museum in drumheller)
also, a stop nearby at the World's Largest Dinosaur, which you can pay $5 to get vored by (you have to climb a lot of stairs also, but the view is pretty damn nice tbh)
after breaking camp and detouring to the museum, we returned to calgary for the night, which means that today was technically the first part of our return journey back west. we'll be driving back on a more indirect route over the next three days, and i gotta say i'm starting to really miss our little apartment back in vic after a week of this. i think this trip has been good for me, both because it's a fun experience in itself, and also because it's helping me realize all the things i appreciate about my regular life. it's the first real travel i've been able to do in a long while, and i'd really love to do more soon. now if only everything wasn't so damn expensive
