So the Persona Live album: PERSONA SUPER LIVE P-SOUND WISH 2022 dropped last week and there's something different about this one compared to other live albums! Typically a P-SOUND album will just be a recording of the performance, but for this album there are FOUR new studio recorded remixes which I only just caught their existence today! Two of these new remixes are seemingly absent in the download currently going around so I wanted to spotlight these tracks existence lest they be faded into obscurity!
At the end of Disc 1 we have "Persona 1 Melody" which contains just snippets of the Persona 1 OST. I'm not sure why this is here? Maybe it's cos they just flat out don't do P1/2 songs at these concerts save the PSP OP tracks so I guess they threw these together to jusitfy P1/2 rep on the cover art lol little embarrassing but okay.
This might be why these are omitted from the downloads going around atm, but at the end of this melody is a new remix! "Battle (ATLUS Konishi Remix)" which can be heard at 7:40 here
Like wise Disc 3 has a "Persona 2 Melody" which has a new remix too. Try to act surprised when I tell you what it is.

I mean it is a little different! Got them Donkey Kong Country 2 synths in the background which is pretty neato
So as a normal-ass very perceivable bonus tracks we got on Disc 2 we got "Snow Queen Good Ending (ATLUS Konishi Remix)" which can be heard here
On Disc 4 there is "Quiet Notch (ATLUS Tsuchiya Remix)" which can be heard here
Now I dunno about you lot but I had so much trouble identifying this song, it seemingly isn't on the Persona Soundtracks" 4CD OST and I couldn't find it when listening to the entire OST. But apparently it's IN the game just not on that OST, but it IS on the Arrange Album, so yeah that's a bunch of Persona music I need to track down now too (worse is I have the arranged tracks off this thing, just didn't know more OST music was here too!)
So yeah this is cool, glad to see more of the OG Persona 1 OST get some love lately! I know not to read too much into but also why are they doing this? Hmmmmm???? eyes emoji
