I'm genuinely trying to figure out how to make the asexuality part of my portrayal of Terzo's and Omega's relationship more interesting that doesn't require Omega to push Terzo's boundaries concerning sex (which I don't want to write, even if Omega has an arc where he gets better about boundaries) or Terzo getting jealous over Omega wanting to have sex with other people (which on one hand is something I can see Terzo doing but on the other hand there are things about that that would be Actually so stressful for me to write that my better judgment would have me run it by my therapist before including it in something that I'm supposed to enjoy).

The most interesting thing I can get from it that doesn't require me to make this ship uncomfortable or stressful for me is that I have it that, early on in the relationship, Terzo didn't explain/realize he was asexual, which led to a lot of times where he and Omega were GOING to have sex but Terzo went "actually I'm not ready for this" and Omega goes "oh okay that's fine we can try another time" and eventually they have some sort of conversation where Terzo explains that he's never going to want to have sex but it ends not with them breaking up OR Omega pressuring Terzo into sex but them agreeing that they don't need to have sex to love each other and Omega can just have sex with other people.

Other than that initial part, though, I don't know how to make Terzo's asexuality really interesting or relevant to the ship without having him put Omega in situations where the conflict isn't "ooh I wonder what will happen next" like narrative conflict is supposed to be but "oh this is legitimately stressful" in a way that isn't conducive to being able to incorporate it into a long-term project.
