man, looking at pillowfort is just kind of making me sad. i really want to give that site a shot but it's just so profoundly empty in there. the photoset uploader is a nightmare with apparently no workarounds aside from it being a "high priority future fix"...as of a staff post from 5 months ago. wouldn't be surprised if it never got fixed, either—what incentive is there when barely anybody's actually there to use the service? it's bumming me out. was it really so much to ask for a site that 1) allows for long-form posts, 2) doesn't necessitate long-form posts, 3) has people actually using it, and 4) isn't tumblr?
