i don't actually know that i'm getting all that much from therapy at the moment. it's certainly not harming me, and i do like my therapist a lot, it just hasn't felt super helpful or impactful or even notable lately. but also the disability money that i get from the state that represents my one and only source of income is contingent on me seeing a therapist on a regular basis so i guess the status quo shall simply be maintained forever

i thought this chapter of my fic was winding down soon but it turns out that when you have clinical can't-shut-up disease and then project yourself onto a particular character very very hard the dialogue you write for them will in fact also show some pretty clear evidence of can't-shut-up disease

yesterday was release my best friend back into the wild¹ and dnd day. today was dnd and groceries day. tomorrow²...i will once again take the one hour bus ride to redmond. i have to go to the hobbytown. i must construct additional high grades

something fucked up & twisted happened and the "minor edits" i had intended to do on a 00 wip turned into several straight hours of writing and also maybe finishing the wip. i did not leave the house. i have not moved or eaten or drank anything in five hours.
