There's an art to this stuff. Obviously this is a crime and a bummer, but stealing unwieldy items is fascinating.

The town I live in has this old neighborhood bar that has this 5x5foot concrete cube in the parking lot. It's painted white with the bar's name and a leprechaun embossed in green. It's been stolen and returned several times over the years. The thing is extremely heavy, too, so moving it is a feat.
usually just turns back up after a while. sometimes the cops find it, once they found it in someone's back yard.
Honestly if you manage to steal such an unwieldy item and manage to not get caught doing it, you've earned it

if you see someone and think "well they probably know what they're doing with that" (I would never question people moving a radio tower around) then they're home free
