It's a radio that uses Polaroid film packs as the battery. It also comes with a sled you can use AAs in if you're out of film packs.

this is so cool! at first I was like "but what about the film after I run the battery down with the radio" but I see it's intended for empty packs with some battery leftover after you've used the film. being able to get more use out of the film pack before it's discarded is pretty nice!
