Gujarat is a state the size of South Dakota, what an oddly vague description. apparently the wedding is in a 3000 acre animal rescue/green belt area named Vantara on the grounds of the Ambani oil refinery in Jamnagar (a city in Gujarat), which really does sound like a Hitman level.
Well one of the Hitman levels is just called Colorado so there’s precedent for this level of vagueness at least
