Future updates will be much shorter, I promise. I just need to recap the previous month of work.

Currently, I have both original VHS and special edition DVD copies of the original Air Bud and Golden Receiver. The VHS tapes were fortunately very cheap (~5 USD) on account of being bought secondhand from libraries. While it may not be entirely necessary to have bought the VHS tapes, I feel they are important for the sake of historical documentation. They also make useful video props. The DVDs, while a bit pricey, will prove useful as I start to cover the Buddies era due to them having in-character commentaries and other featurettes. Physical copies of The Duke, MVP: Most Valuable Primate, and Air Bud: World Pup are on my current hunt list.

Most of my needed video equipment is, fortunately, safely stored in my house. That is except for the new camera, which appears to still be stuck in shipping hell. Space needs to be cleared before I can arrange my setup. Somehow, I got two shotgun mics instead of one without being charged extra (can't complain.)

Props are purposefully being kept light for budget reasons and are currently limited to parts of a simple cosplay I've decided to wear on screen for theatricality (and funsies). The only thing I am currently concerned with is DIYing a pair of fluffy dog ears to complete the 'look.' Hopefully things will be kept this simple as I finalize my first script.

Finally, after trying and failing to find a physical copy of Go Buddy! I've settled for buying the Kindle ebook. I will see if I can work around the copy protection so I can print it out myself, both for the ease of physical notation and the aesthetic of having a physical book present while I discuss it on video.

I expect to finish the Air Bud movie segment in early June, with successive segments being completed about a month apart due to a lack of in-depth information to cover. The only major thing that remains to be decided is how I choose to release the segments for each individual movie. In my mind, my options are limited to releasing all 31 planned segments as shorter individual videos, grouping the segments into Air Bud Entertainment's three eras and making three monster-sized videos, or the in-between option of a 10-part series with 2-4 segments per video. I suppose that should be left for eventual audience consideration.
