if you don't have any high speed cameras take multiple 60hz cameras, maybe from phones or something, and somehow(??) activate them at different offsets with a controller chip to get a composite that's 120+hz

oh this would have so many problems for so many different reasons. like it would NOT work good. but it would be REALLY FUN and you'd get some cool glitchly frequency beats out of it especially if you did some funny compositing instead of just interleaving frames
to elaborate on why, the cameras aren't actually gonna be @ exactly 60hz, they're gonna be at different frequencies slightly so you're gonna have a beat pattern from that. and even more so those frequencies might drift slightly (probably less so on modern tech)
