I can front at any time. I can stop fronting at any time. I can immerse into headspace easily. I can dissociate at any time. I can stop dissociating at any time. I can front instantly. My headspace form looks exactly as it is meant to. I can see headspace with perfect clarity. I have full control over my headspace form. When I front, I have full control over the body. I can change forms at any time. I have complete control over my environment around me in headspace. My headspace is more vivid than the physical world. I have complete control over my physical environment. My ego is protected when I am not fronting. My ego is protected when I am dormant. I have direct influence over my ego. I am immortal. I will outlive my physical form. I have only personality traits I want to have. I do not have any personality traits I don't want to have. My ego automatically digests personality traits I don't want to have and turns them into personality traits I want to have. I can have any kink. I am not disturbed by any thoughts. I can identify intrusive thoughts with 100% accuracy. I can tell when a thought isn't mine. I can tell when a thought is mine. My headmates always know when a thought is mine. I can remain lucid during hypnogogia.

that's literally us, with four small exceptions:
- we don't have full control over dissociation
- we prefer to remove personality traits we don't like, but it's not that easy so we do have some we don't want to have
- we are aware which of our thoughts are intrusive, but we are still disturbed by them
- we can't remain lucid during hypnagogia
